Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Senior Finance Planning & Analysis Manager supports the Finance Director in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the Harlan and Holden entities. The role focuses on translating financial data into clear insights that support growth, operational discipline, and long-term planning.

This position plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, ensuring that leadership has timely and reliable information to guide business decisions. The role also helps maintain strong financial discipline by ensuring that reporting is accurate, risks are identified early, and financial frameworks are consistently applied across the organization. Working closely with operations and leadership teams, the Senior FP&A Manager helps connect financial performance with business execution, supporting Harlan Coffee's expansion and long-term growth.
