Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to serve as a strategic partner to leadership and drive profitable growth across our business channels. This role is ideal for an FP&A professional with deep financial fundamentals and experience in consumer-facing, data-rich environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to cross-functional leaders in Marketing, Growth, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on profitability, cost structure, investment tradeoffs, and growth opportunities.
- Own and analyze key business metrics, including CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, TACOS, and channel-level profitability.
- Build and refine models to evaluate unit economics, marketing efficiency, and channel scalability.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to measure cost efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
- Support month-end close activities and annual audit processes.
- Leverage advanced Excel-based modeling and BI/query tools to deliver insights.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and analytical sophistication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and executive-level reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and financial reporting platforms.
- Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, e-commerce, or marketplace-driven models preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
