SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Position Summary 

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting financial planning across the Accelerate organization. This position partners with budget owners and accounting during month‑end close, prepares reporting and analysis to highlight performance trends, and contributes to building and refining financial models in Pigment. The role also supports ad‑hoc projects within the Strategic Finance Team, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across global time zones in a fully remote environment. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Budget & Expense Management: Track, manage, and forecast expenses across G&A departments within the Accelerate organization.  

  • Month-End Close Support: Partner with budget owners and the accounting team during the monthly close to review and reconcile data and explain budget-to-actual variances. 

  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis to provide visibility into spend and other business performance trends. 

  • Financial Modeling: Assist team members in building and refining financial and operating models within Pigment.  

  • Other Projects: Support other ad-hoc projects within the Strategic Finance Team.   
     

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 

  • At least 5 years of experience in in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting or a similar analytical role 

  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets 

  • Solid understanding of finance fundamentals 

  • Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis is a strong plus 

  • Experience with finance tools and systems (ERPs, BI tools, SQL, Pigment, etc.) is an advantage, but not required and willing to learn 

  • Highly detail-oriented with a curious, analytical mindset 

  • Proven ability to solve problems independently and organize workload effectively 

  • Comfortable working with modern technology to extract, transform, and interpret data 

  • Available to work from 4AM – 1PM Manila Time (1PM – 10PM Pacific Time), Monday to Friday 

  • Work arrangement: fully remote, but may be required to report onsite if necessary
