About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting and helping to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Month-end Closing & Reconciliation: Perform month-end closing activities and conduct regular account reconciliations (e.g., bank, intercompany) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the development of the annual corporate budget and periodic financial forecasts.
  • Subsidiary / Business Unit Financial Reporting & Budget Analysis: Review and analyze budgets and financial statements submitted by each subsidiary / business unit to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Reasonableness and Variance Analysis: Transform raw financial data into clear, actionable insights and reports. Conduct detailed variance analysis between actuals and budget, identify root causes, and support management in decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Professional Qualification: CPA certification is required.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field. Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Analytical Mindset: Attention to detail with an ability to organize and analyze complex financial data.
  • Attitude: Highly adaptable, proactive, and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems or financial software is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to relevant stakeholders.
