Certificates/training Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Demonstrated working knowledge of accounting principles
- Professional certification required, e.g., CA, CPA, etc.
Essential:
- At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role.
- Strong leadership with experiences leading a team
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Proven IT skills in Microsoft Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn other software systems as required.
Desirable:
- Experiences with Oracle NetSuite
- Exposure with Big-4 audit firms
