To expand our Asia Pacific operations, we are in need of a Senior Finance Specialist to join our fast-growing team.

Your Role:
- Gather and consolidate tax-related financial and operational data from multiple departments to support strategic reviews, planning sessions, and business performance assessments.
- Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial and business data by verifying outputs, and establishing quality control measures to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in preparing clear, accurate financial reports and visual presentations for the management team, providing valuable input for senior-level discussions and decision-making.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process by supplying relevant financial data, supporting model development, and helping refine key assumptions and projections.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics across business units, helping identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improving data reporting processes and business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance to applicable tax laws, accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team.
- In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience with Philippine tax laws and regulations (Taxation, BIR compliance, and other statutory reporting).
About You:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accountancy and/or other related courses
- At least five years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in using ERP systems.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Standard work hours are dayshift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine time). Candidates must have the flexibility to be available for occasional urgent tasks or meetings on a US shift as needed.
