JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and highly analytical Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive long-term fiscal health. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the finance department, from high-level strategic business planning to ensuring rigorous compliance with tax and reporting standards. The ideal candidate is a certified professional with extensive experience in navigating complex financial landscapes and acting as a key advisor to executive leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Strategy & Analysis
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans based on deep-dive analyses of the company's financial status and long-term forecasts.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze industry trends to assess the company's market position and financial health.
- Reporting: Generate critical financial data and compile detailed reports for submission to executive management and stakeholders.
- Advisory: Serve as a primary consultant to colleagues and the executive team on all major financial decisions.
Operational Leadership
- Departmental Oversight: Lead the development of the finance department by creating, reviewing, and refining internal policies and financial procedures.
- Team Management: Oversee recruiting, training, and performance assessments to build a high-performing finance team.
- Budgeting: Manage the company-wide budgeting process to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Compliance & Reporting
- Account Reconciliation: Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual reconciliations.
- Compliance: Monitor and enforce strict adherence to tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Cash Flow & Forecasting: Assist with accurate cash flow forecasting and supervise the documentation of all financial statuses.
Stakeholder Relations
- Mediation: Act as the lead liaison between the organization, employees, stakeholders, and investors to resolve financial issues and maintain transparency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Must hold an active CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance.
- At least 3+ years in a Finance Manager or senior leadership role.
- Advanced knowledge of and hands-on experience with modern Accounting Software and ERP systems.
