JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and highly analytical Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive long-term fiscal health. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the finance department, from high-level strategic business planning to ensuring rigorous compliance with tax and reporting standards. The ideal candidate is a certified professional with extensive experience in navigating complex financial landscapes and acting as a key advisor to executive leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Strategy & Analysis

Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans based on deep-dive analyses of the company's financial status and long-term forecasts.
Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze industry trends to assess the company's market position and financial health.
Reporting: Generate critical financial data and compile detailed reports for submission to executive management and stakeholders.
Advisory: Serve as a primary consultant to colleagues and the executive team on all major financial decisions.

Operational Leadership

Departmental Oversight: Lead the development of the finance department by creating, reviewing, and refining internal policies and financial procedures.
Team Management: Oversee recruiting, training, and performance assessments to build a high-performing finance team.
Budgeting: Manage the company-wide budgeting process to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Compliance & Reporting

Account Reconciliation: Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual reconciliations.
Compliance: Monitor and enforce strict adherence to tax laws and financial reporting standards.
Cash Flow & Forecasting: Assist with accurate cash flow forecasting and supervise the documentation of all financial statuses.

Stakeholder Relations

Mediation: Act as the lead liaison between the organization, employees, stakeholders, and investors to resolve financial issues and maintain transparency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
Must hold an active CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance.
At least 3+ years in a Finance Manager or senior leadership role.
Advanced knowledge of and hands-on experience with modern Accounting Software and ERP systems.
