  • Develop integrated financial models to track project revenue, cost, cash flow, and funding requirements.
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to provide leadership with data-driven recommendations for strategic pivots.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for project teams, advising on pricing strategies, delivery best practices, and commercial risk mitigation.
  • Manage portfolio performance across multiple service lines (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and regional territories.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Bid teams to ensure robust costing and profitable pricing for new proposals.

3. Investment Evaluation & International Expansion

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate the viability of new business units, international expansions, or capital expenditures (IRR, NPV, Payback).
  • Conduct market research and macroeconomic analysis to inform business case development and capital allocation.

4. Performance Management & Data Leadership

  • Prepare and present monthly EBITDA Bridge reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards to the Executive Committee.
  • Standardize SOPs for project performance tracking and commercial tools to improve firm-wide pricing effectiveness.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by leading training sessions on project economics and data visualization (e.g., Power BI).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; MBA units or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Certification:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
  • Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Sector Expertise: Proven track record in Consulting, Real Estate, or FMCG/Direct Selling is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to influence Directors and Partners across regional territories (ASEAN experience preferred).

Why Join Us

  • Impact: You won't just report numbers; you will shape the strategy for regional expansion and high-value project delivery.
  • Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team and mentor junior analysts and managers.
  • Growth: Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with exposure to diverse industries.
