Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Finance Manager to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Commercial Business Partnering functions. This role is a strategic seat at the table, responsible for driving the annual budgeting process, sophisticated financial modeling for new investments, and overseeing the financial health of complex, high-value projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical accounting and executive-level strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Develop integrated financial models to track project revenue, cost, cash flow, and funding requirements.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to provide leadership with data-driven recommendations for strategic pivots.
2. Commercial Business Partnering
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for project teams, advising on pricing strategies, delivery best practices, and commercial risk mitigation.
- Manage portfolio performance across multiple service lines (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and regional territories.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Bid teams to ensure robust costing and profitable pricing for new proposals.
3. Investment Evaluation & International Expansion
- Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate the viability of new business units, international expansions, or capital expenditures (IRR, NPV, Payback).
- Conduct market research and macroeconomic analysis to inform business case development and capital allocation.
4. Performance Management & Data Leadership
- Prepare and present monthly EBITDA Bridge reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards to the Executive Committee.
- Standardize SOPs for project performance tracking and commercial tools to improve firm-wide pricing effectiveness.
- Promote a data-driven culture by leading training sessions on project economics and data visualization (e.g., Power BI).
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; MBA units or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Certification:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Sector Expertise: Proven track record in Consulting, Real Estate, or FMCG/Direct Selling is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to influence Directors and Partners across regional territories (ASEAN experience preferred).
