Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance operations and support the organization's long-term financial objectives. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and team leadership while serving as a trusted advisor to senior management.
The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in financial management, strong business acumen, and the ability to provide data-driven insights that support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Analysis
Develop and execute financial strategies, business plans, and long-term forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze financial performance, market trends, and business opportunities to support strategic planning.
Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Provide expert financial guidance on business initiatives, investments, and operational decisions.
Finance Operations & Leadership
Lead and manage the overall finance function, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations.
Develop, review, and enhance finance policies, controls, and procedures.
Oversee budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against approved budgets.
Recruit, mentor, and develop finance team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
Compliance & Financial Reporting
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reconciliations and reports.
Manage cash flow forecasting and financial planning activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary finance partner for senior leadership, business units, and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial matters and support business objectives.
Communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Active CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
At least 3 years of experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Finance Director, or equivalent leadership role.
Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City on a midshift schedule.
Preferred
Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting multinational, shared services, BPO, technology, or multi-entity organizations.
