Senior Finance Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least ten (10) years of experience in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and control
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability in financial modeling, risk management, and cash flow planning
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Background in property management is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead all core financial functions including reporting, planning, analysis, forecasting, and capital allocation
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Provide strategic financial advisory to management and represent the company's financial interests with external stakeholders
• Ensure strict compliance with tax, audit, and property financial regulations, maintaining strong internal controls
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to deliver high performance and operational excellence
