About The Role
We are seeking an accomplished
Senior Finance Manager to lead the company's finance and accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, effective cash flow management, and robust financial planning to support business growth. The Senior Finance Manager will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, drive operational efficiency, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with local and international accounting standards.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Provide actionable financial insights, analysis, and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax filings.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to sustain business operations.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and government agencies (e.g., BIR, SEC).
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning process.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and highlight variances to management.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to optimize cost efficiency, profitability, and business performance.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to align financial management with company objectives.
- Serve as a key financial advisor to the Country Manager and senior leadership.
What You Will Need To Succeed
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required. MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Experience: 812 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance management or leadership role.
- Technical Knowledge:
- In-depth expertise in Philippine taxation, SEC reporting, and both local and international accounting standards.
- Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements for credit bureaus/financial institutions.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a regulated and fast-paced environment.
