About The Role
We are seeking a talented CPA - Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team at NCS Ph. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial accounting and reporting processes, contributing to the overall financial success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls
- Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA certification
- 4+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
- Proficient in the use of financial reporting and analysis software, such as Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
- Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
