Salary Range: ₱50,000 - ₱60,000

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Flexible time, on-call)

The role
We are looking for a
Senior Field Operations Engineer to manage and maintain a network of approximately
179 telecom tower sites across Mindanao. You will be responsible for
both fieldwork and operational management, ensuring
site reliability, uptime, and technical excellence.
This role requires a
strong technical background in telecom infrastructure, power, and energy systems, with hands-on experience in rectifier systems, generators, and AC/DC wiring. Minimal training will be provided; the ideal candidate is already well-rounded in telecom site operations.
Your Responsibilities
Field Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure smooth operation of assigned tower sites, including fault handling and rectification.
- Monitor site outages and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Verify execution of preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) activities.
Site Management & Monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to assess infrastructure condition and performance.
- Monitor asset health and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Oversee site acceptance processes to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Track vendor performance, especially on fault resolution and maintenance activities.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and proper inventory management.
Customer & Reporting
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, issues, and improvements.
Safety, Security & Compliance
- Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Recommend and implement site security improvements and theft reduction initiatives.
- Support risk mitigation efforts to safeguard tower infrastructure.
Other Responsibilities
- Train and guide field teams on best practices and operational standards.
- Perform other operational tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecom or tower operations, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and field management.
- Strong technical knowledge in telecom infrastructure, power systems, rectifiers, generators, and AC/DC wiring.
- Hands-on experience in multi-site management and vendor coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a high-responsibility, on-call environment.
- Must be based in Mindanao, specifically, General Santos City (GenSan) or willing to relocate.
