Job Description

LSEG are seeking a Senior Executive - Sales Operations Specialist with a good attention to detail, an excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn to join the sales operations and enablement team (Data & Analytics Division). The Senior Executive - Sales Operations drives efficiencies by reducing the administrative burden on the account management team, facilitating the order to cash cycle in an accurate and timely manner. They will develop a thorough understanding of business licensing policies while coordinating with sales, client services, legal and other internal stakeholders when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The first line support for our sales teams, assisting with queries, processing opportunities along with any additional tasks that are required.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of LSEG sales ops processes, contracting policies and business terms, being able to guide the sales and other support teams through these.
  • Credits procedures including billing accuracy and reconciliation, appropriate escalation, and support resolution.
  • Review client order forms to extract specific information pertaining to the query at hand, before determining the next steps in query resolution.
  • Document handling accuracy of order forms, arranging final signatures on completed agreements and follow-ups, support obtaining signed contracts and order forms from customers, process and validate cancellation requests/terms.
  • Performing regular follow-up on pending contracts, both internally and externally.
  • Utilize contracts database to track contract details, including renewal dates, affiliates, fee increase rights and exceptions to standard terms.
  • Keeping internal contract records and files up to date.
  • Perform other assignments/projects as asked.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree qualified or above.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills with diligence and accuracy.
  • High degree of personal motivation and ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced work environment with competing deliverables.
  • A background in contract management, project management, commercial contracts or financial markets is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience desired but not essential.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Should be willing to work in all shifts on rotation
