Marketing Senior Executive


As a Marketing Senior Executive at AirAsia, you will support the execution of impactful marketing and brand initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll bring campaigns to life across multiple channels while ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and measurable results. As an Allstar, you'll play a key role in creating buzz, telling our story, and supporting business growth the AirAsia way.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities including brand and campaign execution,content scheduling, asset coordination, and event support across multiple stakeholders.

  • Support the maintenance of marketing calendars, budgets, timelines, and coordinate with external vendors such as media agencies and tourism partners.

  • Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.

  • Coordinate and support integratedmarketing campaignsacross digital, social, CRM, and offline channels.

  • Ensure alignment ofbrand positioning, storytelling, and visual consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate onmarket researchand competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and new opportunities.

  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, platforms, and evolving consumer behavior.

  • Provide administrative support, including invoicing, documentation, and project tracking.

  • Leverage creative and cost-efficient channels to maximize promotional opportunities, build consistent brand buzz, and drive conversion and bookings.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, performance, and ROI to continuously optimize effectiveness.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand, or campaign support roles.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication andrelationship managementskills to collaborate with internal and external partners across local and regional teams.

  • Strongproject management, organizational, time management, andpresentation skills.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working in a diverse, dynamic, and constantly evolving setting.

  • Curious, with a strong learning mindset and potential to grow into leadership roles.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.

  • Willing and able to travel as required.
