Job Description

A Digital Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting digital marketing efforts within a company or agency. Be up-to-date with the latest digital trends in the real estate industry. You will monitor and analyze all social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns, as well as websites and other related work. You will also help us to strengthen our relationship and coordinate with outside suppliers and digital consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media calendar across multiple platforms, reporting on insights and monitoring trends.
  • You will also monitor several domains, hosting, and website pages.
  • Can create content calendars and compelling content, and reels for various social media platforms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, managing budgets, supplier/vendor documentations, and handling inquiries, ensuring smooth operations within the marketing department.

Qualification

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in handling social media accounts and creation of online content for social media.
  • Ability to efficiently handle and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
