GrowBeyond (a division of GrowFactor) helps UK businesses build efficient offshore teams by connecting them with top talent from the Philippines. We work with founders and business owners who want to scale smarter freeing up their time through reliable, high-performing remote professionals.

NOTE: Please apply only if you have prior experience supporting a CEO/founder (or a C-level executive) in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Executive Partner capacity.

Role Overview

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role designed to remove the Founder from day-to-day decisions and manual work. The Executive Partner acts as an executive partnerowning time protection, system building, and execution across business and personal operations.

This is not an EA role. The goal is to create leverage through systems, automation, and independent problem-solving.

Mission

Free up 3040 hours per week of the executives time by:

  • Eliminating manual work
  • Building systems that prevent repeat problems
  • Owning execution across business and personal admin
  • Acting as a thinking partner (not a task taker)

Responsibilities

  • Time Protection & Executive Support
  • Design and manage calendar architecture (priorities, buffers, meeting rules)
  • Gatekeep requests and protect focus time
  • Prepare pre-call briefs and ensure clear agendas
  • Own post-call actions: notes, tasks, follow-upswithout needing reminders
  • Build inbox zero and smart notification systems (no constant manual checking)
  • AI & Automation
  • Turn voice notes and loose direction into clear tasks and execution
  • Use AI tools to draft, summarise, and systemise work (not just assist)
  • Build SOPs as work is done (documentation is part of execution)
  • Automate wherever possible using tools like Zapier / Make / GoHighLevel
  • Commercial & Growth Support
  • Handle initial lead conversations, qualification, and correct call booking
  • Draft first-pass sales scripts and follow-ups (AI supported)
  • Create simple Canva visuals and quick LinkedIn content from Founder ideas
  • Coordinate partnerships, launches, tools, follow-ups, and payment/logistics
  • Personal Admin
  • Travel planning with preferences saved (flights, bookings, itineraries)
  • Handle personal admin backlog and recurring life logistics
  • Manage annoying but important tasks quietly and consistently (insurance chasing, household logistics, etc.)

Skills & Qualifications

  • High autonomy: Works from voice notes + loose direction; clarifies once then runs
  • AI-first mindset: Uses AI to reduce workload, not increase it
  • Strong tools capability (not learning):
    • Google Sheets/Excel (filters, formulas, simple dashboards)
    • Calendar/inbox systems
    • CRM (GoHighLevel / HubSpot / Pipedrive)
    • Zapier / Make (or similar)
    • Canva (fast, brand-safe visuals)
  • Client-facing confidence: Professional on Zoom + WhatsApp; can qualify and book correctly
  • Discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive information
