We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Company's senior leadership team. In this role, you'll help streamline day-to-day operations, manage schedules, and handle key communications and projects that keep the team running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for coordination and execution, ensuring priorities are met and initiatives stay on track.
This position is perfect for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
Track ongoing projects, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Collaborate across departments to keep operations running efficiently
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive or Virtual Assistant, ideally supporting C-level or senior leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones
Full-time position aligned with U.S. Pacific Time hours (Night Shift)
Nice to Have
Experience in health tech, healthcare administration, or telehealth operations
Comfort navigating startup environments where priorities shift quickly
Culturally familiar with Western business and executive communication norms
