Are you an Executive Assistant who wants to move beyond traditional administrative support and become a strategic partner to a CEO

IT By Design is looking for an ambitious, agile and highly adaptable EA who can anticipate needs, bring structure to complexity, leverage AI, and drive execution in a fast-paced global environment.

What You'll Own:

• Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, priorities and scheduling across time zones.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Manage travel, meetings, itineraries and executive logistics.
• Prepare presentations, reports and executive briefings using AI and automation.
• Track strategic initiatives, action items and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with leadership, teams and external partners.
• Continuously improve the CEO office through systems, AI and automation.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years supporting a CEO/C-suite executive.
• Exceptional organization, communication and follow-through.
• Strong judgment, discretion and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize quickly and handle ambiguity.
• AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and Zoom skills.
• Experience in a global, fast-paced or BPO environment is a plus.
