Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level operational and administrative support to their executive leadership team. This role is responsible for ensuring executives operate in a structured, organized, and efficient environment while managing a fast-moving business.
The position focuses on calendar ownership, communication management, task tracking, and executive operations coordination. You will help manage priorities, ensure commitments are tracked, and maintain clear visibility into executive schedules and deliverables.
This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can operate with minimal direction, and exercises strong judgment when prioritizing requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting senior leaders while maintaining structure across daily operations.
Your Impact
In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling leadership to focus on high-level strategy, partnerships, and company growth. By managing executive schedules, communications, and operational follow-through, you will help reduce friction in daily workflows and improve leadership efficiency.
Your work will ensure executive calendars remain organized, deadlines are consistently tracked, and commitments are completed on time. You will create visibility into priorities, maintain operational structure, and support the smooth coordination of internal and external interactions.
Ultimately, your contribution will help leadership maintain focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring the operational details of the business remain organized, predictable, and well-managed.
