The Mission
As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the modernization of our data engine. You will be responsible for high-scale architecture, identifying performance bottlenecks, and guiding the team's data ingestion strategies as we rapidly expand our integration footprint.
Requirements
Expert C# / .NET: Deep experience with the .NET ecosystem, including strong foundational knowledge of modern ORMs and SQL micro-optimizations.
AI-Native Workflow: Proficiency in Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex is mandatory. We expect you to leverage AI IDEs and CLIs to automate boilerplate code and focus your energy on complex architecture.
Modernization Lead: Proven experience evolving data architecture, improving query performance, and safely migrating legacy patterns to highly performant code.
Startup DNA: Previous experience in a fast-paced startup is highly preferred. You know how to balance velocity with stability.
