Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy focused on highvalue fintech accounts.
  • Identify longterm growth opportunities and refine market penetration strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to strengthen overall sales performance.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Drive acquisition of enterprise prospects through advanced research, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Oversee and optimize the qualification process to maintain a highquality pipeline.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility for informed business decisions.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Clevel executives, HR leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Gain deep understanding of client challenges to position solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to enterprise clients.

Sales Presentations & Solution Positioning

  • Deliver highimpact product demos, presentations, and proposal pitches tailored to enterprise needs.
  • Communicate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively to senior decision-makers.

Negotiation & Deal Closing

  • Lead enterprise-level negotiations, including pricing and contract discussions.
  • Close high-value deals that meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to customer success teams for onboarding and long-term engagement.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Stay updated on fintech industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving buyer behavior.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals and managing executive-level relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, or guiding sales teams.
  • Highly data-driven, organized, and strategic in managing enterprise sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales in fintech, HR tech, or employee benefits.
  • Adaptable, growth-oriented, and thrives in dynamic, competitive environments.
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM platforms, and outbound engagement strategies.
