Role Overv
iew:As Senior Grid and Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing utility-scale clean energy projects from concept to grid energization across the Philippines. You will lead early-stage grid connection assessments, challenge and validate system impact and facilities studies, and steer interconnection coordination with NGCP and distribution utilities through testing, commissioning, and CATC issuance. Working closely with project development, EPC, and external stakeholders, you will optimize substation and transmission line specifications, provide technical input to permitting and regulatory submissions, and stay ahead of evolving grid and market dynamics—using data-driven insights (including WESM analysis) to shape site selection and development strat
egy.

Qualifica

- ineer.At least 5 years of experience in the power industry, including exposure to substation, transmission line, and renewable energy pro
- jects.Sound understanding of grid connection processes, including coordination with NGCP and distribution utilities for permitting, interconnection applications, energization, and grid compliance te
- sting.Working proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power
- Point.Background in power system analysis, substation and transmission line d
