About The Role

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of all mechanical and electrical works within the wind farm project.
Works closely with the project team, contractors, and subcontractors to adhere to project specifications, industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections of wind turbine components, electrical systems, and Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment.
Verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, and relevant standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, ANSI).
Monitor and document all inspection activities, including test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Prepare and submit inspection reports and quality control.

Quality Assurance

Safety

Promote a strong safety culture on site
Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and procedures in the Philippines
Investigate and report safety incidents.

Client Liaison

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within wind energy or related industries in the Philippines.
Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, components, and operations.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, ANSI).
Proficiency in using quality management systems and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
