The Senior Documentation Analyst is responsible for reviewing credit and collateral documents of borrowing clients to ensure all required documents are complete and in place before approved credit facilities become operative, in compliance with the Bank's Credit Policies Manual, Operations Policies & Procedures Manual (OPPM), and related guidelines, memoranda, and amendments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in credit and collateral documentation review
- Knowledge of bank credit policies, legal documentation, and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail in checking completeness, accuracy, and validity of documents
- Familiarity with notarization, registration, and approval requirements
- Experience preparing documentation checklists and review reports
- Working knowledge of core banking systems (e.g., Finacle) is an advantage
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage daily documentation reviews efficiently
