Job Description

The Mortgage Loan Processor (Title Analyst) is responsible for meticulously reviewing title documents for every borrower. Also, includes adding title documents, reviewing these documents for clearance, and collaborating closely with the cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise.

• Thoroughly review title documents associated with each borrower's property.

• Verify the completeness and accuracy of the title file.

• Ensure that the property report is on file and up to date.

• If the property report is unclear or contains discrepancies, collaborate with the CX (Customer Experience) lead to resolve the issues.

• Add relevant title documents to borrower files as necessary.

• Maintain organized records of all title-related documentation.

• Review title documents to identify any issues that may affect property title clearance.

• Work diligently to clear title issues, coordinating with relevant parties as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer literacy skills with strong proficiency in Excel and G Suite applications.

• Effective research skills conducting thorough title searches and investigations.

• Understanding land registration processes, property taxations, and real estate contracts.

• Clear and coherent communication skills to convey complex information to clients, lawyers, or stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills to examine and interpret property documents, legal records, and property documents accurately.

• Detail-oriented and organized approach to handling tasks.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and work independently as required.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Screening Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

• At least two (2) year of experience in data entry with a focus on titles in property management, real estate, or mortgage industries.

• Must have a stable employment history.
