Job Description

Senior Document Controller, Manila
The project:
Develops and delivers IM strategies and standards, ensuring efficient, ISO19650 aligned digital information management across projects. Leads IM delivery, oversees outcomes and stakeholder relationships, and manages teams. Provides guidance on information production and assurance, acting as IM Lead or supporting senior IM leadership depending on project scale and complexity.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Leads the development and delivery of IM strategies, standards and ISO19650aligned processes across projects.
  • Establishes and manages the IM function, ensuring quality assurance, CDE governance and effective digital delivery.
  • Builds capability through training, coaching and continuous improvement.
  • Provides technical leadership, supports bids, and contributes to netzero goals through responsible information management.
You'll need to have:
  • Proven IM leadership across major projects, with strong ISO19650 and CDE management expertise.
  • Skilled in Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, Power BI, Revit and Solibri.
  • Experienced in establishing IM and document control functions in construction and property environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and security awareness in international settings.
