Senior Digital Project Manager (Retail)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Project Manager / Business Analystwith5+ years of experiencein delivering projects across various systems and platforms, preferably within the retail environment. This role requires ananalytical mindset,emotional maturity, and the ability tochallenge clients, problem-solve, and bring innovative ideasto the table. Working with Australian clients, the Project Manager will align closely with program managers tochallenge the status quoand drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services to retail businesses focusing on technology, omni-channel, digital, and enterprise solutions (e.g., ERP, eCommerce, CRM, CDP, OMS, Social, BI, Digital Marketing).
• Lead workshops and strategy sessions to develop tailored solutions and strategies for retail clients.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of identified solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Regularly liaise with solution vendors and system integration partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize and contribute to thePM Skill Matrixto ensure high project delivery standards.
• Monitor project performance and take corrective action as needed to ensure successful outcomes within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
