Senior DevOps Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

As aSenior Cloud DevOps Engineer, you'll be a key player in building and supporting our CI/CD infrastructure, enabling teams to deliver resilient software in an Agile environment. You'll work closely with global DevOps teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale cloud-based solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting development and engineering teams with CI/CD, automation, and cloud infrastructure
• Managing support channels and work intake for DevOps-related tasks
• Troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Collaborating across cross-functional teams and time zones
• Enhancing our knowledge base with troubleshooting insights
• Resolving bugs and technical issues efficiently
• Staying up-to-date with emerging DevOps tools and practices

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proactive engineer with a passion for automation, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud operations
• Proven experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
• Hands-on experience withDockerandKubernetes
• Strong background inAWS(EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or similar cloud platforms
• Proficient in scripting languages likePython,Golang,Bash, orPowerShell
• Familiarity withInfrastructure as Codetools (CloudFormation or Terraform)
• Knowledge of test-driven development and pipeline scripting
• Excellent communication skillsverbal and written
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
