Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to design, secure, and automate our infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and platform operations. You'll work across cloud, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, managing Linux servers, containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable data/ML platforms. This role combines deep technical skills with leadership, mentoring, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Manage Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky), LAMP/LEMP stacks, and support PHP/Laravel, Python, Node.js, React, and Next.js apps.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions; ensure repeatable, secure, rollback-capable deployments.
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes; support microservices and serverless architectures.
- Support data pipelines, ML workflows, and big data environments with performance and security in mind.
- Monitor system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack; proactively troubleshoot and optimize.
- Implement DevSecOps and MLSecOps practices; ensure compliance with ISO 27001, governance, and security standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, security, and data teams; mentor team members and document systems for operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years in DevOps or system administration.
- Deep Linux expertise; Python scripting; Bash/CLI automation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Containerization and orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Multi-cloud experience (AWS required, Azure/GCP a plus).
- Knowledge of web stacks, microservices, serverless, data/ML pipelines, monitoring, networking, and security best practices.
