Technical Development and Implementation
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Build complex scripts, workflows, forms, and business rules to meet organizational needs and enhance system functionality.
- Conduct root cause analysis for platform issues and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- Organize and structure taxonomies, knowledge bases, record producers, and self-service portals to enhance user accessibility and experience.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in release and iteration planning meetings with the development team and other key stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
- Contribute to solution design and lead the development and testing phases, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and platform guidelines.
- Support production releases and actively monitor the delivery of applications, ensuring smooth deployment and operations.
Knowledge Management:
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Design Specifications: High-Level Solution Design (HLSD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Security and Governance: Security License to Operate (SLTO), Solution Deployment Plan.
- Monitor platform compliance with data protection regulations, ensuring all solutions adhere to organizational and legal standards.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose enhancements to improve system usability, efficiency, and automation.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with ITIL practices, organizational policies, and industry standards for security, compliance, and governance.
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)
Education and Work Experience
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on AppEngine and integration protocols.
Technical Knowledge
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications, enhancing user experience, and aligning solutions with business requirements.
- Skilled in building complex custom applications, including designing and implementing advanced workflows, forms, and integrations to address unique organizational needs.
- Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, ensuring efficient development cycles and continuous delivery.
