Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a central coordination point between Engineering Delivery, Platform, and Operations leaders to ensure consistency and drive progress toward Group Functions Data Office goals, including tracking critical transformational initiatives.
  • Track escalated delivery commitments and follow-up on action items to ensure closure and accountability.
  • Assist leadership to prepare concise status updates, dashboards, and communication materials to support strategic change.
  • Coordinate agendas, content, and delivery for team and leadership meetings.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a delivery coordination or program support role within a technology environment.
  • Superior organizational, time and project management skills, including the ability to effectively engage and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to craft concise status summaries, heatmaps, and decision-ready materials strong storytelling with data.
  • Skilled at managing agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up, including steering committees and working groups.
  • Proficiency wi th productivity and collaboration tools (eg. MS 365, Jira, Confluence).
  • Data and AI familiarity: Conceptual understanding of data tools like Azure, Databricks, BI tools like Power BI, and how together they are used in the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with issue/incident tracking and remediation.
  • Proven ability to work with global teams, time zones, and diverse stakeholders.
