Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist who will transform business needs into data-driven solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, developing data models and database systems, and creating insightful analytics and visualizations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient reporting solutions and support business decision-making using tools like Python and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and conduct workshops to assess and validate solutions
• Identify, document, and analyze business requirements
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Design and develop data models
• Build and manage database systems
• Create data analytics, visualization, and reporting solutions
• Prepare and maintain system and process documentation
• Provide technical support to end users

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
2. Experience in business analysis and systems development/coding is a plus
3. Strong background in:

• Database management (at least 2 years)
• Data visualization and reporting (at least 2 years)
• Data modeling (at least 3 years)
