About Our Client
This opportunity is with a startup based in the US. They build and implement ARP platforms (adaptive resource platforms) that uses AI and a modular, no-code approach to manage core business functions (from inventory and order management to production, fulfillment, and financials).
Job Description
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work directly with our U.S. operations and product teams to design, configure, and launch new ERP systems for customers. This is a builder role, focused on system logic, workflow design, and data modeling.
- Designing data models and system schemas that accurately represent client operations and business functions.
- Mapping data across external systems (Shopify, 3PLs, accounting tools) into our ARP platform.
- Configuring workflows, rules, and automations to represent real-world business processes.
- Supporting testing, validation, and go-live readiness.
- Participating in discovery sessions and converting insights into structured requirements, process maps, and configuration plans.
The Successful Applicant
This is a full remote role, night shift. We are looking for applicants comfortable working with US team and setup. This is a unique role that combines data and product / system into one, and we're looking for candidates who can use data driven skills to drive product workflow outputs.
- Strong understanding of relational data models - entities, relationships, keys, constraints, and normalization.
- Ability to design and reason about data schemas and business objects that represent real operational processes.
- Proficiency with SQL is a must ; Python or R a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to break ambiguous processes into clear, structured workflow logic.
- High attention to detail; rigorous about data correctness, configuration accuracy, and predictable system behavior.
- Understanding with API-based integrations (REST, webhooks) a plus.
