The role:
As a Sr. Creatives Manager, you are responsible for providing overall creative and strategic services for client projects and HIIP PH internal creatives and marketing initiatives.
- Development and creation of pitches and presentations in response to client briefs.
- Demonstrate understanding of the clients key business and challenges
- Works and collaborates with BD, Accounts, and Influencer Teams in providing solutions to client briefs and requirements.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of both consumers and influencers & their behaviors.
- Translate consumer and influencer insights into clear communication and creative strategies across different social platforms.
- Develop Hiip PH's creative directional thinking, focusing on the Hiip Platform and services and how it can bring value to both consumers and influencers.
- Identify opportunities to create business from new trends and innovations.
- Use data/information to translate complex concepts into simple, powerful narratives.
- Proactively seeks to understand campaign results & learnings to optimize current and future projects.
- Production of creative materials for client projects and Hiip PH internal/marketing requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Actively participate in Hiip PH Thought Leadership events.
