Role Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for M&E professional (
specialization in Quantity surveying & Commercial support) to join our growing Cost Management team, a friendly, professional and dynamic group.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying, managing tender processes, and supporting multi-disciplinary project teams. You'll work with our enviable client base on diverse projects with significant opportunities for career progression in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will be reporting into Cost Lead with ability to support the delivery of projects. As such, you will need to demonstrate experience with appropriate projects as well as the ability to manage and build strong relationships with team. You will also be encouraged to support on bids and engage with other areas of the business.

What this job involves
Tender Management
- Lead vendor pre-qualification and technical evaluation processes
- Prepare tender documentation including scope definition and specifications
- Manage RFI processes and support contractor selection
Quantity Surveying & Cost Management
- Prepare feasibility estimates and detailed cost plans for MEPF Systems
- Develop comprehensive BOQs for local and international APAC projects
- Lead team and conduct Quantity take-offs from design information at all project stages
- Apply mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction methodology knowledge to optimize cost estimates
Project Delivery
- Identify, communicate & mitigate risk associated with design and cost estimates
- Work closely with the team and raise RFIs to optimise deliverables
- Delivery of Cost plans for projects for occupier and investor clients
- A track record in delivering high quality services from inception to completion
Desired skills & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 8 years quantity surveying experience with strong engineering background (HVAC, Electrical system, Plumbing & Fire Protection).
- Bachelor's degree in Mech./Elec. engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Proven experience in tender documentation, evaluation, and management
- Advanced quantity take-off and cost estimation expertise
Technical & Professional Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, preferably CostX software
- Understanding of international standards (MasterFormat, NRM, POMI, CESMM)
- MRICS qualification preferred (not mandatory for exceptional candidates)
- Excellent communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively
Preferred Experience
- Asia-Pacific region and international project exposure
- Commercial/industrial building services background
- Team management and mentoring experience
