Role Description
This is a remote role with potential travel to site for a Senior Corporate Accountant located in Makati. The Senior Corporate Accountant will manage daily accounting operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, handling tax filings, and collaborating with internal and external auditors. The Senior Corporate Accountant will also be responsible for guiding accounting staff and improving financial processes for better efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Regulatory Compliance
- Skilled in Auditing and collaborating with auditors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership and ability to guide a team
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred
- Experience in the mining industry is a plus
