What You'll Do

• Lead big ideas from insight to execution
• Develop campaign concepts across platforms
• Turn strategy into clear, compelling creative work
• Present and defend ideas with confidence
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams
• Help mentor and elevate junior writers

What We're Looking For

• At least 3+ years of agency experience
• A strong portfolio that shows concept thinking not just polished copy
• Excellent command of English (Filipino/Taglish when the brand calls for it)
• Comfortable owning projects and pushing ideas further
• Able to manage multiple briefs without losing creative edge

Bonus Points If You've

• Led campaigns or major executions
• Contributed to winning pitches
• Built work that delivered both engagement and business results
