The Senior Content Producer is responsible for end-to-end creation of engaging content for Human Nature's social media channelsfrom briefing, production, posting, and optimization. The role requires strong project management skills with strong fluency in TikTok and social media storytelling able to create concise and visually compelling content. They know how to translate brand and product messages into high-impact content that drives engagement and supports sales goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the development and execution of the monthly social media content calendar, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all social media touchpoints.

2. End-to-end video production of assigned content to include development of STB guide, coordination with teams, pre-production, shoot, editing, approval routing, and posting.

3. Lead and drive social media content ideation and creation across all platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, YT) to connect and engage with existing and potential customers based on category and brand campaign priorities.

4. Drive expertise, stay up to date on trends of all top social media platforms, share best practice to the Marketing Team and other relevant teams.

5. Work closely with Digital Marketing Lead to monitor, analyze, and present content performance - adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results. This includes measuring/recording metrics and learning/recalibrating.

6. Recommend and develop project plans for new content-based initiatives.

7. Your primary area of responsibility will be our social media, but may also include all other pieces of communication in the digital area.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the same role for social media, with experience in boosting tools required
• Able to show a portfolio of excellent quality social media video content produced for FMCG brands, specific to beauty, a HUGE PLUS
• Knowledgeable and passionate about keeping abreast of content trends in web, social media, mobile technology, and apps
• Strong technical video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and end-to-end video production.
• Fluent in TikTok language able to translate briefs into content pieces that are relevant to the platform
• Experience in boosting social media posts on FB, IG, and Tiktok a plus!
• Must have strong attention to detail and quality; works within the timeline
• Able to confidently advocate for platform-first best practices, standing firm on content decisions that are in the best for each social platform, while aligning with sales and business objectives
• Must have an excellent command of written English

• An interest in natural beauty and personal care products
• Willing to work onsite either in Quezon City or Sta Rosa, Laguna, whichever is nearer to the applicant's residence.
