Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all content execution across multimedia platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality output
Handle end-to-end multimedia responsibilities, including planning, coordination, and content production
Translate marketing and brand strategies into clear, effective, and engaging content deliverables
Supervise and guide the Marketing Assistant in daily tasks, content support, and execution priorities
Review, edit, and approve content to ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual standards
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content with campaigns, launches, and business initiatives
Manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Provide clear direction, hands-on guidance, and constructive feedback to support team development
Maintain organized content workflows and documentation
Stay updated on content trends, formats, and best practices across digital platforms
Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining creative and production quality

Qualifications

Proven experience in content creation, multimedia production, or content leadership roles
Strong background in managing and executing digital and multimedia content
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff or assistants
Excellent eye for detail, storytelling, and visual consistency
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Effective communication and collaboration skills
