Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior NetSuite Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading client engagements and ensuring successful NetSuite implementations. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis to go-live and beyond
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to understand client needs, identify gaps, and define project scope
Solution Design & Configuration
- Design and configure NetSuite solutions that optimize client workflows and meet specific business requirements
Implementation & Deployment
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite modules
Testing & Training
- Develop and execute thorough testing plans to ensure a smooth system transition. Provide user training to ensure adoption of the new NetSuite system
Post-Go-Live Support
- Provide ongoing support to clients after go-live, addressing issues and assisting with system optimization
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business needs
Delivery Process Development
- Collaborate with the founding team to develop and document efficient, scalable processes for the Delivery team, ensuring smooth and successful project delivery for future clients
Requirements
Must Have
- Ability to work with North American clients (Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of full end-to-end implementation experience in NetSuite (at least 10 new implementations)
- Proven experience in leading and managing NetSuite implementation projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, including core modules (Financials, Inventory, CRM, etc.) and industry modules
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex business challenges
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- NetSuite-specific certifications
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is considered an asset
