Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for an Operations Manager specializing in luxury furniture. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage logistics, and ensure the smooth delivery and installations. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, ensuring operational efficiencies and maintaining inventory accuracy while upholding our high standards of quality and service. The role also involves supervising and supporting the team in delivering operational excellence and collaborating across departments to meet customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in operations management, including supply chain and logistics and project management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for streamlining workflows and processes
• Team leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling day-to-day priorities efficiently
• Experience in luxury furniture or high-end retail is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to operational excellence
