Senior Compliance Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the company follows all laws and regulations.
• Manage permits, licenses, and government requirements
• Keep management updated on regulatory changes.
• Prepare technical documents for construction bidding.
• Develop and enforce data privacy policies.
• Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• Cascade updates and information on data privacy.
• Implement and maintain ISO standards.
• Improve quality management processes.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Advise management on regulatory strategies.
• Provide policy recommendations.
• Monitor compliance programs.
• Supervise Liaison Staff for permits and government transactions.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Education

• Graduate of any 4-year course

Experience

•  3-5 years of experience in compliance roles within the construction industry.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of PCAB requirements, bidding processes, ISO standards, and data privacy laws.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and corporate governance best practices.
