Certification on Project Management Level 1 (PMCP Level 1). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science or Equivalent
Ideally, 10 plus year industry experience on Australian projects.
Proficient in geometric highway design using BIM software such as Civil 3D, 12D, OpenRoads, Dynamo, OpenRail, ProjectWise, Bluebeam, Navisworks, InfraWorks, or equivalent
Extensive knowledge of relevant industry related Australian Standards, local Road Authority Standards and other road and civil design standards.
Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes with emphasis on road safety outcomes.
Awareness of BIM inter-disciplinary coordination.
Demonstrated knowledge of WSP's organisational capability and how to access it.
Demonstrated knowledge of systems, procedures and practices.
Demonstrated knowledge of organisational approach to risk management, ethics and safety.
Proven ability to prepare technical reports and review large project reports.
Demonstrated experience in monitoring and managing the scope of multiple projects of varying complexity and size.
Experienced in winning job from a job.
Delivered best client outcomes/options which have saved the client costs/time.
Experience in identifying and managing risk on substantial projects.
Experienced in developing and maintaining client relationships.
