The role focuses on Cisco Collaboration (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, CER), Voice Gateways (SIP/MGCP/H.323), PSTN/SIP Trunks, SBCs, and Microsoft Teams Voice (Direct Routing), including support for VTC platforms (Webex, MS Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms). This position also handles Tier 3 support, project implementation, and rotational on-call duties.
