About the Role

We are seeking a Cisco Renewals and Purchasing Manager who will be responsible for managing and executing the renewal process for Cisco service contracts, subscriptions, and support agreements. This role ensures high renewal rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue retention by proactively engaging clients, partners, and internal teams. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the purchasing of the company's other vendor requirements for its customers, involving the entry of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders with distributors.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle for Cisco service contracts and subscriptions
• Proactively track upcoming renewals and engage customers well in advance of expiration dates
• Prepare and deliver renewal quotes in alignment with Cisco Systems pricing and policies
• Work closely with sales teams, account managers, and channel partners to close renewals
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Resolve customer issues related to renewals, pricing discrepancies, or contract terms
• Ensure compliance with Cisco licensing and support policies
• Forecast renewal pipelines and provide regular reporting to management
• Stay updated on Cisco programs, promotions, and lifecycle changes
• Maintain relationships with salespeople and vendors
• Process Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders timely and accurately
• Coordinate between Sales, Finance and Vendors
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and financial transactions

What You Bring

• Experience in IT sales support, renewals, or contract management (Cisco products/services)
• Strong understanding of Cisco service offerings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem Solving skills
• Self-motivated person with initiative
• Prior experience with IT distributors, IT resellers/MSP's or vendors such as Cisco is nice to have
