We are looking for talented Senior Change Managers with relevant experience, who share our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change, to join our pool of contractors.

Your New Role

As a Senior Change Manager, you will work directly with our clients across all areas of change management to deliver high-quality outcomes. • Taking briefs from clients with the ability to provide direction, indicate next steps, and follow up

  • Proposing solutions to reduce any unfavourable impacts of organisational changes
  • Meeting and presenting to executive stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
  • Proposing strategic tactics to manage organisational changes for a program in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
  • Executing plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
  • Evaluating and measuring the success of change interventions across activity, proficiency, usage, and adoption
  • Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods
  • Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change as well as business leaders during and after the project

What You Bring

Coming into the Change Management Practice at the Senior Change Manager level means that you will bring in-depth knowledge of project delivery and the end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of organisational change. Typically, Senior Change Managers have:

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in Change Management roles
  • A bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-honed executive presentation skills
  • A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice
  • A desire and ability to mentor Change Management practitioners who are more junior in the team

In your application, please indicate if you have experience applying a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), creating digital assets (e.g., interactive PDFs), or video creation and editing.

You will also possess the following essential attributes for managing change at this level

  • Resilience
  • An inquisitive nature
