The Senior Buyer (Proteins) will support the Category Manager by contributing to the category sourcing strategies and ensuring alignment with Jollibee Foods Corporation's (JFC) procurement policies and procedures.
This includes:
- Identifying stakeholder requirements and execution of category plans
- Supply base optimization, market knowledge assimilation, analysis and application
- Managing the supplier lifecycle – accreditation, onboarding, performance and phase out
- Ensuring local sourcing practices and processes conform to overall procurement policies
- Suggesting and working with the procurement leadership team to establish process improvements, contributing to implementation and adherence on-site
- Partnering with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders

- leading a team, as well as managing projects and programs
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in relevant field.
- Professional affiliations or certifications in Procurement and Supply Chain are preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience and demonstrated knowledge of the food value chain
- Experience in handling protein categories is a plus.
- Background in category management, procurement, engineering, or operations is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams in a project-driven environment.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
