As an Account Development Representative, you are the engine of the sales pipeline. This role is built for a high-energy hunter who excels at uncovering new opportunities and sparking customer interest. You won't just be making calls; you'll be a strategic partner to the Account Executive team, researching the market, building value with potential clients, and setting the stage for major sales wins.
Your Impact
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and hunt for new business using a mix of internal systems (HubSpot/CRM) and external platforms like Facebook, Google, and targeted database research.
Activity & Engagement: Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to spark meaningful conversations. You are responsible for generating the initial momentum that leads to long-term customer relationships.
Qualified Meeting Generation: Book high-quality meetings for the sales team that meet strict qualification standards. You don't just fill a calendar; you ensure every meeting is a genuine opportunity for growth.
Value Building: Educate prospects on the brand's value proposition to improve meeting attendance and reduce no-shows. You ensure that when a customer meets with an Account Executive, they are already engaged and interested.
Sales Team Synergy: Work in lockstep with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of opportunities. You provide the context and preparation needed to support strong sales outcomes.
Data & Pipeline Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy in HubSpot and personal trackers. You follow playbooks and processes meticulously, ensuring the sales machine runs at peak efficiency.
What You Bring
The Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a phone-based, sales, or customer service role. Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or a SaaS/marketplace environment is a major advantage.
Industry Context: While not essential, exposure to the construction industry or related trade sectors will help you hit the ground running.
Technical Savvy: Confidence using digital tools and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot). You are competent in GSuite or Microsoft Office and can manage your daily tasks through technology seamlessly.
Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written English skills. You can build rapport quickly over the phone and convey value in a clear, compelling way.
The Mindset: Highly organized, reliable, and driven by targets. You have the grit to handle high-volume outreach and the time-management skills to ensure no lead is left behind.
